About Camp Sunrise

Camp Sunrise is located in Harriman State Park, New York,
in Rockland and Orange counties. Harriman State Park is the
second-largest park in the parks system, with 31 lakes
and reservoirs, 200 miles of hiking trails, three beaches,
two public camping areas, a network of group camps,
miles of streams and scenic roads, and scores of
wildlife species, vistas and vantage points.

Harriman State Park's major facilities include Lakes Welch, Sebago, Tiorati and Silvermine, the Anthony Wayne Recreation Area,
Sebago Cabins and Beaver Pond Campgrounds.

Directions:
Take the Palisades Parkway north to exit 16 (Welch Lake).
Take the right fork -- Tiorati Brook Road (do not follow sign toward Welch Lake).
Follow Tiorati Brook Road to a traffic circle.
Take the 2nd right off the circle (Arden Valley Road).
Stay on this road for about 2 miles, passing other camps such as C-6 and C 7-9.
Watch for a small green sign on your left. It will say C2-3 Sunrise. Turn left and follow road into camp.
